It's only been two weeks. Take it easy for a while because it's going to take some time to recover from something like that. Your body has received injuries that you have no real idea how severe they are. It took my wife over a year to recover from being hit by a drunk driver and that was with continuous therapy. She had neck pains for quite a while and they still pop up some times. Bottom line, don't push yourself, let in come naturally, do what you can do after seeking professional advise from both your doctor and a physical therapist. That way if something goes wrong you know who to blame.
